Step into the spotlight and learn the craft of acting for the screen in this dynamic 4-week workshop with casting director Mark J. Parker! Students will explore on-camera techniques including scene work, cold reads, commercial copy, and self-taping—all in a supportive, professional environment. The session culminates in a final showcase on the big screen at the studios, where students will get to see their work come to life and share it with friends and family.

COMING IN OCTOBER

Performances will be on October 26 at 2pm and 7:30pm, October 29 at 7:30pm, and November 2 at 2pm and 7:30pm. Content Warning: This production features adult themes and language, including suicide, eating disorders, and drug use, as well as gun shots, and other startling sound effects, and may not be suitable for all audiences. Please take this into consideration before you/your child auditions, and note that we will not be casting anyone under the age of 14 due to these strong themes. Rehearsals will take place on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings from 4:30-8:30pm starting on September 15th. Tech rehearsals will begin on October 15th, and are mandatory.
