Craig is entering his 20th season at the Rep. This is his 2nd season as Artistic Director. Craig served as the Artistic Associate for 3 years prior to his current position. Craig was also the Artistic Director of the Prescott Park Arts Festival for 2 seasons. Craig was also a financial analyst for Nortel Networks. Craig brings the rare combination of artistic and financial expertise to the helm of the Rep.  

Craig is a critically acclaimed award winning director, music director and actor with over 25 years experience in the arts. Craig has worked with many Broadway, Off Broadway and big screen professionals including, Karen Black, Constantine Maroulis, Lucy Arnez, Christian Anderson, Ethan Popp, David Coffee, Jon Kimbell and many more. With the help of the extraordinary staff and advisors of the Rep, subscriptions more than doubled in Faulkner’s first full season as Artistic Director. Craig brought the REP to the NEAT (New England Area Theatre) division of AEA (Actors Equity Association) as an associate member. 

Craig is a devoted father of two, Tyler and Elisa and Grandfather to Nevaeh Faulkner. Craig is married to Claudia Koziner Faulkner, manager for MAC Cosmetics and performer. After 15 years of living between the Seacoast and New York City, Craig now resides in Haverhill, Massachusetts. 

Stefany Shaheen, interium managing director

Stefany Shaheen is a social entrepreneur working with private and non-profit organizations to achieve strategic goals and navigate challenging transitions.
A graduate of Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, Stefany was a student delegate to the International Academy of Achievement. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Fairfield University while competing as a Division I scholarship athlete for the women's volleyball team. She currently serves as Chair of the NH Commission on the Status of Women. Stefany and her husband, Craig Welch, live in Portsmouth with their four outstanding and irresistible children.

Stacy B. Chilicki, director of marketing and publicity

Stacy is a native of the seacoast and has been involved in the arts community since she wa a little girl.  She holds a BA in Theatre from Keene State College with concentration in Dance and Tecnhical Theatre.  In 1999, Stacy returned home to NH to join the Rep staff as the Director of Marketing and Publicity.  In July of 2005 she took on her biggest role yet..."MOM" to Elijah and is thrilled to be able to work in an environment that is supportive of her strong commitment to both work and family. She considers it a privilege to be able to live here on the seaocast and do what she loves as part of the team that makes the magic happen at this priceless organization!

Carol Bridges, subscriptions/group sales manager and volunteer coordinator

Carol is a graduate of William Smith College and has a Master's Degree from SUNY Geneseo in Education of the Hearing Impaired. She left the field of special education 17 years ago to stay at home with her own children - Christopher and Andrew. Her current job is that of a professional volunteer and fundraiser. Over the years she has served as PTO president and committee member to raise funds for a new playground at Lincoln Street School in Exeter, and Destination Imagination Team Manager. It was her son Andrew who first brought her to the Rep nearly two years ago when he was cast as a Lost Boy in Peter Pan. Andrew continues to be active in the theatre and in the PAPA program and Carol also fell in love with this theatre and is thrilled to be able to help support the mission of the Rep.

Lindsey Nelson, director of youth programming

Lindsey M. Nelson studied youth drama, directing and puppetry at the University of New Hampshire and holds a BA in Theatre and Secondary Education. Lindsey is diving into her third year at the Rep where directing credits include Charlotte's Web, Alexander Who's Not...Not Going to Move, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and most recently Harold and the Purple Crayon. Along with directing and teaching classes for the Rep, Lindsey serves as Camp Director for the widely popular Apprentice Stage day camp and attends PAPA Camp every August. Other local credits include teaching and directing at Portsmouth Middle School, St. Mary's Academy and the Cocheco Arts and Technology Academy along with designing and building puppets for The Hobbit at the Palace Theatre in Manchester, New Hampshire. Lindsey is also a member of the American Alliance of Theatre and Education and is certified in both adult and child CPR and First Aid. Proud to be a part of an organization that is so richly embedded in the Seacoast community, Lindsey strongly believes that theatre and the arts can be used as a catalyst for self-esteem, teamwork and creativity.

Joshua Paul Moore, Box Office Manager

Josh first became involved with the Rep in 1997 when he performed in a Youth Workshop Production of Pinnochio. Since then he has been performing (and working in Box Offices) in regional theatres across the country. In 2009 Josh returned to the seacoast and immediately found himself intertwined with the Rep's mission to produce higher quality theatre at affordable pricing for a broader audience. Josh was promoted to Box Office Manager in March of 2010 and is enjoying his new leadership position with the Rep.

Christine Dulong, Executive Administrator

Christine is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire where she studied and earned a BA in Musical Theatre. Christine has been involved with The Rep since 2007 as a performer and choreographer to the Youth Program. Born and raised in New Hampshire, she began singing at the age of 6, taking dance classes at the age of 7 and started teaching dance at the age of 16 to students as young as 3 and as old as 18. In college, Christine continued her dance studies assistant teaching dance classes to her peers for 6 semesters. Recently taking on the roles of Executive Admin and Housing Manager at Mill Pond, she is very excited to be part of the Rep staff in this time of growth and is exceedingly proud to be involved with the arts community in Portsmouth. Although Christine feels the most comfortable on the stage, she has been enjoying learning how to become a "theatre professional."
